ความเป็นมาของศูนย์บริการวิชาการพัฒนามาตรฐานสถานศึกษาปฐมวัย

---

............มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐม เป็นมหาวิทยาลัยเพื่อการพัฒนาท้องถิ่น ศูนย์บริการวิชาการพัฒนามาตรฐานสถานศึกษาปฐมวัย คณะครุศาสตร์ จัดขึ้นตามพันธกิจของมหาวิทยาลัย การให้บริการของศูนย์ดังกล่าวนับเป็นการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างคณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐมกับสถานศึกษาปฐมวัยในท้องถิ่น และชุมชนในการทำงานพัฒนาเด็กปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษา

............ศูนย์บริการวิชาการพัฒนามาตรฐานสถานศึกษาปฐมวัย ก่อตั้งขึ้นเมื่อปี พ.ศ. 2557 โดยได้รับการสนับสนุนงบประมาณจากสถาบันวิจัยและพัฒนา มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏนครปฐม  โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลัก คือ การให้บริการวิชาการด้านการวิจัย  การนิเทศการดำเนินงาน เพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการศึกษาปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษา  และส่งเสริมศักยภาพทางวิชาการด้านการศึกษาปฐมวัยให้เป็นที่ยอมรับของหน่วยงานภายนอก

............การดำเนินงานศูนย์บริการวิชาการพัฒนามาตรฐานสถานศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์ ยังช่วยสร้างการยอมรับด้านวิชาการให้แก่สาขาวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัย ซึ่งเป็นสาขาที่มหาวิทยาลัย เน้นให้เข้าสู่ความเป็นเลิศ ตลอดจนเป็นการพัฒนาศักยภาพของคณาจารย์ในสาขาวิชา และเป็นแหล่งเรียนรู้ของนักศึกษาทั้งในระดับปริญญาตรีและปริญญาโทสาขาการศึกษาอย่างเป็นรูปธรรม

............ผลงาน ปี พ.ศ. 2557 คือ เป็นที่ปรึกษาการวิจัย โครงการ การศึกษาแนวทางการยกระดับศูนย์เด็กเล็กในภาคกลางให้มีคุณภาพตามมาตรฐานศูนย์เด็กเล็กแห่งชาติให้กับสำนักงานส่งเสริมสวัสดิภาพและพิทักษ์เด็ก เยาวชน ผู้ด้อยโอกาส และผู้สูงอายุ (สท.) กระทรวงการพัฒนาสังคมและความมั่นคงของมนุษย์

............ผลงานโครงการ ปี พ.ศ. 2558 เช่น กิจกรรมเปิดตัวโครงการ Healthy Kids Fit to Learn, กิจกรรมโครงการผลิตสื่อการสอนเพื่อพัฒนามาตรฐานสถานศึกษาปฐมวัย และ โครงการสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือด้านบริการวิชาการกับสถานศึกษาปฐมวัย เป็นต้น

............ศูนย์บริการวิชาการพัฒนามาตรฐานสถานศึกษาปฐมวัย มีวัตถุประสงค์ ดังนี้  

.................1. เพื่อสร้างเครือข่ายในการทำงานให้บริการระหว่างหน่วยงานระดับท้องถิ่นและภูมิภาคร่วมกัน

.................2. เพื่อให้บริการวิชาการด้านการวิจัย การจัดอบรมหลักสูตรระยะสั้นทางการศึกษาปฐมวัย

.................3. เพื่อให้บริการด้านการนิเทศการดำเนินงานเพื่อยกระดับมาตรฐานการศึกษาปฐมวัยในสถานศึกษา

.................4. เพื่อส่งเสริมและสร้างศักยภาพทางวิชาการศึกษาปฐมวัยให้เป็นที่ยอมรับต่อหน่วยงานภายนอกทั้งในท้องถิ่นและในระดับภูมิภาค

.................5. เพื่อเตรียมความพร้อมการจัดบริการวิชาการเป็นภาษาอังกฤษ 

.............ศูนย์บริการวิชาการพัฒนามาตรฐานสถานศึกษาปฐมวัย มีรูปแบบกิจกรรม ได้แก่

.................1. การบริการวิชาการด้านการวิจัย

.................2. การบริการด้านการอบรมหลักสูตรระยะสั้น

.................3. การบริการด้านการนิเทศการดำเนินงานในสถานศึกษา

.................4. การบริการด้านการออกแบบและจัดทำสื่อการสอนตามความต้องการของสถานศึกษาปฐมวัย

Background Information of SEDEC

...........Academic Service Center for the Standard Development of Educational Institutes for Early Childhood (SEDEC) was established to fulfill the commitment of Nakhon Pathom Rajabhat University (NPRU) as university to support local community development. Academic services provided by SEDEC build networks of cooperation between the Faculty of Education, NPRU and local early childhood educational institutes and local communities for the development of pre-school children. 

..........SEDEC was established in 2014 with the financial support from the Research and Development Institute, NPRU. The main objectives of SEDEC are to provide academic and research services, create public understanding towards the standard enhancement of the early childhood educational institutes in local communities as well as promote the academic excellence in the field of early childhood education to be recognized by outside institutions.

..........Furthermore, the operation of SEDEC helps promote recognition for the academic excellence of NPRU in the field of early childhood education, enhance the capability of teaching staff in the field as well as serve as a source of practical learning for both bachelor and master educational students.

..........Special activities (2014) Advisor for the National Research Project on the Enhancement of Early Childhood Educational Institutes in the Central Region of Thailand to Reach the National Standard of National Early Childhood Institutes, Office of Promotion and Protection of Children, Youth, the Elderly and Venerable Groups, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security.  

..........Special activities (2015) Opening activities for Project “Healthy Kids Fit to Learn”, Speakers at the Project “Capacity Building for the Instructors on the Social Immunity Creation for Early Childhood Children, Department of Children and Youth Welfare. This project was participated by 1,700 early childhood centers nation-wide. Providing teaching materials of high quality at low prices to early childhood centers. 

..........Academic Service Center for the Standard Development of Educational Institutes for Early Childhood (SEDEC) has objectives as follows;

...............1. To create networks of the service operations among local and regional agencies.

...............2. To provide academic and research services as well as short-term programs on early childhood education.

...............3. To provide guiding services for educational institutes in enhancing the standard of early childhood education.

...............4. To promote excellence in early childhood education to be recognized among local and regional agencies.
