1. Processing of general administrative affairs including correspondence with the role of in-house liaison unit in accordance with Regulations of the Office of the Prime Minister on Government Correspondence B.E.2526 (1983) and the Additional Amendment (Second Edition) B.E.2548 (2005)
2. Utilizing the advanced information technology system on clerical tasks in order to enhance administrative operations
3. Giving counsel as well as tackling general administrative affairs including internal correspondence at multi-levels; namely, Faculties, Offices, Institutions and other Units, and coordinating with external organizations
